- How much is the security deposit? The security deposit is $1000 and is fully refundable at the end of your lease, providing there are no damages to the apartment or the apartment community.
- Are utilities included? Yes, utilities (water, sewer, and trash) are included. The tenant pays for gas and electric.
- Is parking included? No, parking is not included with rent. $75 per month per garage space, (5% late fee) or $5.00 annual for surface parking.
- What is the pet policy? We have a 2 pet max. We allow dogs under 40lbs and cats . Additional fee. $100/pet deposit. $50/month/pet. *With breed restrictions we will allow dogs under 75 lbs on the 1st floor. Please contact our office for more details.
- What school district are you in? We are in the Madison Metropolitan School District
- Are the buildings secure? Yes, Midpoint Meadows has a secured entry system. Each building also features a secure package room, allowing residents to retrieve packages 24/7.
